Adding custom code to VoIP Extension

How can I add my own custom modified code in VoIP so that it doesn't effect the original code. Like custom in espocrm/custom.

Almost all the code of VoIP Integration extension can be customized without affecting to upgrades. The files should be also located at custom/Espo/Custom.

tarasm , in voip twilio, it says twilioApplicationSid is empty while syncing up phone numbers. Why is it so?

Check your connector if the twilioApplicationSid is not empty. If no, try to disable and save, then enable and save the connector.
