Working with mailgun

Is there any way to send mass emails through Mailgun?

I know that Mailchimp can do this, but according to the company's new policy:
MailChimp Electronic Distribution Company banned marketing campaigns for crypto and initial coins...
the decision was made to use Mailgun.
