Letting know my contacts about real estate properties and real estate requests

Hello,

I think is totally useless to be able to communicate my contacts about specific real estate properties one a the time using email.

I wish I could be able to inform them about real estate properties available near their home, or city, or assigned zone.
I wanted to inform about ONE property to 100 's of them (my contacts)

Is possible to do it? already tried demo version, same restrictions, do I have to paid to be done?
