    Advanced pack

    Hi all

    i have a question about the advanced pack that I can't seem to find anything about. So I'm sorry if I've missed it during my search.

    First off, I'm trying to figure out if the PDF feature works on the Task module. With that I mean can I design my own printout and export that Task to PDF? Is this possible without the advanced pack?

    Secondly, I'm having a hard time figuring out if expoCRM can be coupled together with Prestashop. Is there anyone in here that can verify if this is possible.

    Thirdly, is there a way to raise the automatic numbering so that it starts on a higher number than from 1?

    Hello,
    1) since 5.0.5 version you can do this https://github.com/espocrm/documenta...ting-to-pdf.md For this you don't need Advanced Pack. Yes, you can create a template for Task and print it to PDF
    2) I don't know about this integration, but EspoCRM has REST API https://www.espocrm.com/documentation/development/api/
    3) Number field in Entity Manager. https://www.espocrm.com/video/entity-manager/ But you need to set Pad length. If you need it without defined pad length, you need to develop it (you could check entityDefs of Case > number field)

      1) I located this option with your help, and this is awesome. Now there's something to play with for the next couple of months.
      2) I will look into that and se what I can find out.
      3) That seems to do the job perfectly.

      Now that you have helped me so brilliantly with things that was within my reach, I do have a question about the advanced pack.
      As far as I can see it, I do need the product feature from the advanced pack, and while playing around in the demo I noticed that I could link products, with Tasks. I could then assign products to the task, but without the price tag and quantity. Are there more settings I have missed or is that not possible?

    You can create any relation, what you need. But sometimes it needs some development (if you need some field from related entity, like account address for quotes).

    Possibly this will help you to achieve your goal without developing.
