Selective Real State properties /Request on Campaign

Hello,

Already created a Target List , Email Template and Campaign

BUT,

How could I selectively send related information of SOME properties to specific target list?

Some options feels a bit recurrent, like the select option menu beside Create Campaign button, the one that has "MASS EMAIL" and "EMAIL TEMPLATE" Again? Already created them.

As an example of the problem, I like to propagate a real state request: "WITH some trees.." to contact or target list's locations where forest exists. Only some of my request would be considered...

No luck up to know.

So, Assuming already have a couple of RealState Properties, How is supposed my contact going to be aware of my offers?

What is the point of:

1. Create a real state property
2. A second real state property
3. A third real state property
4. A real state request

if I am not able to promote them!!!.

Really don't understand the way should be done.


Already tried a lot of combinations no luck up to now.

Done a target list, a campaign, where is supposed to enter real state information related?
