    in Voip Extension Can we add "CASE" as a permited entities ?

    I want to create new case on incoming call or identify existing case for incoming call so for that i want to add "Case" as a permitted entities so how can we do that because i m unable to add..

    Create a workflow rule, related to call, In action Create Entity or Create Related Entity (if Call and Case have a relationship)
