Tell me, please. Which license CRM system(please send link)? Can I use it for commercial purposes?

Which license extensions(AdvancePack and VOIP integration)? How many CRM systems can I install one extension?

The EspoCRM is open source distributed under GPL v3 license

The license for Advance Pack and VOIP integration is similar. You can install one Extension for one EspoCRM, please follow this url https://www.espocrm.com/advanced-pack-agreement/ to read about restrictions.

I have three environments for one crm integration process. These three environments presented three EspoCRM applications. These applications are hosted on a single server in three different folders and three different data bases. There applications have web access in the following locations:
1) crm-dev.domain.name
2) crm-test.domain.name
3) crm-prod.domain.name

In my case do I need to purchase one license or three licenses(advance pack extencion)? Do you know?

It's allowed to install on a test and production server. For third instance you need to buy one more license.

maybe a stupid question but "instance" means per installation of EspoCRM not per User?
