"Locations" Address overriding Property Address

Using the Real Estate extension pack I am having an issue with the Locations address overriding the property address. We are using Locations as neighborhood property owners associations or HOAs, to lump properties located in the same neighborhood into. When building the locations, since they are neighborhoods and not an actual physical location, there is no addresses entered for the "Locations". So once I select a Location when building the property it clears all the address info that I have input. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
