Product Custom List and Set Item System

    Hello Dear Espo Users.

    First Question:
We are testing Espo Advanced modules in cloud for our company. I need your help.
I created special forms for our products. I created categories of products. When we want to see a product from category we can not see its special entities on the list so I think we need also dynamics list layout or is there any other way to list a products?

For instance if I chose a bolt product of the category I want to see just its entities like dimension, weight, quantities, price. But when we change the product category we want to see its product special entities.

    Second Question:
If we want to use set system on the quotes how can we do? For instance I have box and inside there are different many item. So how can I give this box offer like a 1 item? I need your advise.

    Thanks a lot.
    Ali.

    1. It's not supported. You can use only one list layout for all categories.
    2. The question is not clear. Please describe more detail.

I am selling structural material like frame. But there are many item contains inside like bolt, nut, pin etc. I use them only one item not one bye one add all item. Otherwise my quote going to be so long because items. For instance I am selling Racking frame and 1 racking frame has 2 upright and maybe 4-5 bracing, base plate, bolts on going like this.. I can not put all this item seperately I want to add 1 item as a frame. Maybe you could say it group? Just I need your idea or advise. Please check the images Taras and thank you in advance. I hope I could explain it.

        Hi,

You can use Dynamic Logic to hide/show certain fields or have custom enum lists according specified criteria. Administration > Entity Manager > fields > select needed fied > Dynamic Logic panel.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.
