      Great,
      Thanks. Now working.

Can you please also guide me how to set a Custom Send from Name?

I want to send email from 'My Company Sales' but default system email name is 'My Company Public Relations' and it is not changing...how it can be done?

From name is got from system SMTP settings or user name, if user's smtp is used. Sorry, no custom From Name for now

Ok, here is the deal now.

Before, Email I was using was already in the CRM and that's why Parent worked.

At the moment, I am seding an email from a email address which is not in CRM, Now it's not sending autoreply email (reciepient set to Parent) I guess it doent have any parent now. what should I do?

Is it personal or group inbound email? In group inbound email you can configure auto-reply. There you can also set From Name, as you asked before
