Button to Fire (dispatch) emails on reports

When using the reports, from advanced extension, you can program it to send emails on schedule times? It would be great to have an option to send that emails manually, clicking on a button, or something like that.
Sometimes you change something on the report settings, or update some data and would like to send an updated report to your interested people.
