Can you provide guidance to add these fields to the quote form. I don't see how I can create a "link" type field in the Entity Manager nor display some of the fields in the Display Manager.
BillingContact - would pull in the billingContact from the account record.
Email Address - linked to the Contacts, so it's a selection list of contact's email addresses for the account.
Prepared by - linked to the Contacts, so it's a selection list of contacts for the account.
