    The password reset facility on your customer support site is not functioning,



    Who do I PM to have my password reset?

            Yes I got it thanks for looking at this Yuri.

            The problem was I was trying to log into **** rather than ***, so a user error.

            However from a UX point of view I managed to reset my password via ***

            Might want to redirect or pass an error message.
