Can't browse to Opportunity Item

Hello,

It's really useful to create a Grid report of Opportunity Items, however in the modal dialog for the sub-report clicking the Opportunity Item returns a 404 as there's no detail view handler for it.

Is it possible to have the link point to the parent Opportunity instead? Is that a lot of work to change this behaviour?
