Meeting and call reports

Does anyone know how to make a report which contains a call list, and differentiate calls from accounts and calls from leads?

Not sure if such is possible. You can create list report and add filters by account, parent fields.
You can create grid report grouped by parent. If you click on column sub-report will show up.

But it isn't an option,, I can`t create a report grouped by parent, at least I don´t have this possibility in my configuration
