Advanced Pack and extensions - one instance for development and production?

I have some questions about the Advanced Pack and extensions (https://www.espocrm.com/extensions/advanced-pack/,
Outlook Calendar - https://www.espocrm.com/extensions/outlook-integration/,
VoIP Integration - https://www.espocrm.com/extensions/voip-integration/).
It's said that it's licensed per instance.
Can one instance be used to cover the development(local) environment, staging, and production?

Yes. The license allows usage of the same license on development/test/staging and production.
