We just purchased the Project Management extension. We had trouble understand the "howto" in the documentation. I need help in understanding the following:
(1) Board component - I understand that it is Dashboard view (Kanban in this case) showing the progress stages for each task. In the documentation it states "The Default Project Board is available out of the box. You can create new Project Boards." But there is no guide on how to create a new Board.
(2) Status - it appear that we cannot add new status codes. For example: we need to have "Delayed" and "Overrun" as statuses. These is no guide how to add new ones.
Please help.
