Hi,
few years ago the forum member telecastg created an extension, which displays a button in the top right menu of the detail view of an entity. In general it uses the recalculate formula function, that you may also find in the list view mass actions. The benefit of this extension though is, that you can recalculate values in the current open detail view of any entity.
Unfortunately telecastg long time did not appear here anymore. The code he wrote a few years ago does not work anymore with the more recent versions of espoCRM. As I need this extension I jumped into programming an updated (in fact completely new) extension with that functionality. My programming skills are modest, but with the help of AI I succeded finally in re-creating the extension.
As a thank you to this community and encouragement for newbies and others I provide this extension for free.
English and German language is implemented and you can install the extension the usual way. I tested with my installations and it works as intended. But I cannot guarantee, this will work in any installation. In case of errors or questions feel free to ask.
