Workflow does not display nested ANDs and ORs properly

Issue with Advanced Extension v3.11.12 and EspoCRM v8.3.4.
When creating a workflow conditions and adding complex ANDs and ORs the nested borders are not displayed properly.

Same Extension version works ok with EspoCRM v9.0.8

Please consider upgrading. We don't consider this problem as a bug.

There were security fixes in newer versions. Plus we will drop v8.3 support in the next AP release.

Advance pack is promised to be compatible with v8.2.
Cannot upgrade because of this issue:

As an option, you may consider downgrading the advanced pack. We adapted the conditions UI for v9 which is not fully compatible with v8. If you downgrade it should work as it worked before.

But I'd recommend to relinquish the create button for a while, then implement the customization later. There are many companies using the system with such a button and they are fine.
