Using PDF templates in any entity type

Is it in any way possible to use the pdf templates from Invoice detail view in a custom entity?

Do you mean to re-use the same template for the different entity type? It's not possible.

If you mean to have print to PDF for any entity type, it's possible. https://www.espocrm.com/features/printing-to-pdf/
