    Maintenance extension

Probably not the most important extension in the world, and I know there are dozens of ways to rebuild the application, but this little thing adds a button to the top navigation bar for rebuilding the application and a hard reload afterwards. At least this solves me a couple of clicks. Only tested in 9.1, please bear with me if it doesn't work in past versions.

Click will still rebuild/reload the application. New for 0.3.0: Doubleclick will launch the Entity Manager.

Installed the extension today, but after installing only blank page and not possible to log-in. I uninstalled from web folders and database.

Hmm, that's a bit strange. Did you see errors in the browser console? What's your version of Espo?
