It Outlook when a meeting gets canceled, Outlook will put "Canceled: " in front of the meeting name and will recognize that time slot as free for you even though the meeting might still remain on your calendar. But it seems like when a meeting title has "Canceled: " in the front of the name from EspoCRM and it syncs to my Outlook calendar from EspoCRM, the name changes in Outlook to "Canceled: <Meeting Name>" but all it does is change the name in Outlook without outlook realizing it is truly a canceled meeting.
What this means is that when people try to schedule meetings with me, that time slot is unavailable because Outlook is still thinking the meeting is on despite the name change and "Canceled: " in the title. I will also get meeting notifications and reminders for a meeting that was cancelled in EspoCRM. There must be something else EspoCRM can send to Outlook in the sync code to let it know that the time slot is available again when the status is changed. What can I do in EspoCRM to make sure Outlook understands that the meeting is canceled and understands that time slot is now free for me when a meeting's status is changed to Canceled?
