workflow alert

I do experience some challenges in making it useful though:

1. when I have a manually triggered workflow that has a first action to trigger a BPM workflow and then it executes a script with the workflow\alert, then it doesn't wait for the BPM workflow to finish, and shows the alert instantly.
2. It seems the workflow\alert cannot be used in the BPM process, even if its triggered by a manual workflow. This way it is not possible to create an alert midway a process.

I do know there are also notifications, but our users never look at them, they aren't obvious enough. Having it on the screen like the alert is much better.

This feature is designed for the manual workflow only. It's not possible to wait for a BPM to finish if it runs asynchronously.

Maybe consider using popup notifications (like reminders). It will require a little bit of coding.
