VOIP Extension - Incoming Popups & Voip Cleanup not working

VOIP incoming call Popup notifications are not working. Calls work (both incoming and outgoing). Outgoing popups work fine. But the incoming popup notifications stopped working. Also, the contact record page no longer loads up with incoming calls.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running Epo v. 9.0.8 with VOIP Extension version 2.1.1 and Advanced Pack 3.8.0

Noticed today that the "Voip Cleanup" job is not running properly. All other cronjobs are working.

This is the only Voip error showing in the log:

Hi showard,

1. What kind of telephony are you using (Asterisk, Twilio etc.)?
2. On which previous versions of EspoCRM and VoIP did everything work correctly?
3. Please send a full-screen screenshot from the Administration > System Requirements.

What exactly do you mean? How should it work/worked before?
