Meeeting Scheduler bookings with several participants at the same time

Hello,

Thank you very much for the fantastic new Meeeting Scheduler tool.
During testing and implementation, the following question occurred to us:

For example, we would like to invite people to a webinar. This means that several or many people/participants should be able to register at a certain time.

Or alternatively book a certain service at a certain time. The user's calendar should not be taken into account.

At the moment we are using pseudo hosts in the number of participants as a workaround. Not nice, but I don't see any other option at the moment.

Maybe you have an idea how to solve this, or it is an enhancement suggestion for the tool.

Please help me understand your case. When you plan a webinar, it's like a one-time event that should have its own URL? Or there can be multiple webinars, defined by scheduling?

Hi Yuri,

yes, it is a one-off webinar that we would like to invite people to attend. For example, a product presentation or training course. There is normally a one-off fixed date.
For example, a product demo next Wednesday from 3 to 4 p.m. with a maximum of 50 participants.

It would also be conceivable for the event to take place on a weekly basis. For example, a training session every Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. with a maximum of 10 participants.

For one-off events, the approach of having a seats per slot parameter won't work (we don't have such, some scheduling services do have). I'm not sure that the scheduler tool would be the right tool for this as it's built around time slots and availability. This needs some investigation.
