    Problem resolved with EspoCRM support:
"Please, try to test the following method instead: - In the Microsoft Entra admin center > User consent settings, choose an option: Let Microsoft manage your consent settings (Recommended). - After this, please wait a few minutes and reconnect to your Outlook and try to connect to your IMAP/SMTP email as a user and admin in incognito mode."
After more than 15 minutes of waiting, it worked. Thank you!

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to connect a Group Mailbox in EspoCRM using the same SMTP service account that was used for all the others (which isnt an admin account) but now I'm getting this pop-up. The app has been granted admin consent for the tenant a long time ago but now- maybe because of some update- its not working? I tried granting admin consent again multiple times but the SMTP service account cannot connect.

It seems like EntraID admin accounts can sign in with no problem, but regular users cant now. I didnt have this problem before when using my SMTP service account which is a regular user. I used it to connect EspoCRM Group Mailboxes to the Outlook integration plenty of times before

Fixed by changing the Authorization Prompt from "consent" to "select_account"
