Hello,
We would love to use the VoIP integration extension for EspoCRM, but we have a cloud-based vPBX from Placetel that is based on Broadsoft, a Cisco company.
Placetel has many CRM integrations such as Zoho, Hubspot or Monday.com, but EspoCRM is missing.
They have many VoIP integrations like Twilio, Starface or Binotel, but Placetel is missing.
Can anyone help either create an integration for Placetel or give some advice on what extension can be used instead?
