    Problem connecting OutlookMail

    Hello,

we use EspoCRM 8.4.1 with Outlook Integration 1.3.4

    User Authentication works well, as it seems. But when we connect the Personal EMail Account with Outlook, we encounter an error at the oauth callback;

    apache-1 | 10.130.35.5 - - [24/Feb/2025:10:52:35 +0000] "GET /oauth-callback.php?error=invalid_request&error_descripti on=AADSTS50194%3a+Application+%27925c7abf-4c93-4506-9b3e-2a3655c78075%27(RN-EspoCRM+-+Exchange+Integration)+is+not+configured+as+a+mult i-tenant+application.+Usage+of+the+%2fcommon+endpoin t+is+not+supported+for+such+applications+created+a fter+%2710%2f15%2f2018%27.+Use+a+tenant-specific+endpoint+or+configure+the+application+to+ be+multi-tenant.+Trace+ID%3a+d5804430-d26e-485e-a6f0-1ff1b3325600+Correlation+ID%3a+b4187597-e9d4-4201-afba-cc1037cb277d+Timestamp%3a+2025-02-24+10%3a52%3a34Z HTTP/1.1" 404 16

I think we configured every thing as described in this article:
    Setting-up - EspoCRM Documentation

Can any one imagine where the fault resides and help?

    I thank in advance

    Hi dirk,

Please try to go to the Azure Active Directory > App registrations (preview) > Your App (EspoCRM-Exchange Integration) > Authentication > Supported account types and choose Accounts in any organizational directory.

      Hi,
just for information, i don't know if this respond to your issue but :

Office365 now need you configure a "connector" in Office365 Exchange... for use Office365 as SMTP.
So this "connector" is just simple...
      - add new connector
      - specify IP of the "EspoCrm"

Here where you must configure the Connector

      it's all

PS : before, that was a SFP record in DNS.. but now it's the connector who resolved my sending issue

If you could give the project a star on GitHub. EspoCrm believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Thanks for the replies. We managed to enable the functionality.
We had some wrong firewall settings, and we used an outdated Outlook Integration.
