    VOIP Extension Setup In Cloud

    Hello Espo Team,

    I recently checked the update for the VOIP extension. To try out the new changes, I created a new demo cloud instance and completed the setup. The configuration and connection were successful.

    However, I noticed that:
    1. No popup is showing during incoming or outgoing calls.
    2. Calls are not being saved automatically.

    I suspect this issue might be related to the crontab setup for VOIP Asterisk. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    You should contact the EspoCRM technical support regarding this issue: https://www.espocrm.com/support.

    Also, please note that crontab is usually automatically configured on cloud instances.

      I would like to inquire about which Asterisk-based device or platform your team uses with EspoCRM.

      Currently, I am using the Grandstream UCM 6204, but I am facing multiple issues with the connection. Could you please share details about the product or configuration you recommend? This would help us align our setup to ensure smooth functionality.

        It is very difficult to say whether any of the Grandstream devices will work with the VoIP Integration extension since these devices use Asterisk only as a base, but there are quite a few differences. There are no plans to integrate with these devices at the moment.

          Could you please recommend the best solution that is fully compatible with both VOIP and EspoCRM? I am looking for an optimal setup to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
