Cannot renew outlook integration extension

When I try to renew the extension, I complete the company VAT number "ELxxxxxxxxx" but I get: Please review the information you submitted and complete all mandatory fields.

• Please write a valid vat id

I have tried:

In further inspection, The VIES eu system that confirms EU vat numbers is down.
So no vat confirmation for now.

The question is, will I be able to renew the licence after the licence expires, which is tonight?
And will I be able to use the 30% discount for renewal after the expiration, if the VIES system won't come up until expiration tonight?
