Possibility to add a reference line in a chart

Is there a possibility to add a reference line in a chart (and if possible a dynamic one) with the "Advanced Extension Pack" report functionality?

The usecase:
Revenue per month, with a target displayed



And what would be great, if this could be based on i.e. the year. This information then possibly need to be stored in another entity I suppose.

Any ideas how to achieve this are welcome!

Combining Bar and Line is not possible at the moment. Though 2 columns bars is possible. Combining different entities is possible with Joint Grid Report.
