How to hide certain fields from users type Agents that have not created the property.

I want to remove Contacts field for the rest of the agents except Admin and the agent who uploaded. Below is my image which have to be removed from the Properties. And the next image is my Role as "Real Estate Agent (New)" and their permissions.

I don't see any images. Basically you can set view conditions in fields.
