how to hide certain fields from users type Agents that have not created the property Meaning the contact and owner details should be visible only by Admins and the Agent who created it.

In Roles -> Field Level
or in the field with conditional

I want to remove Contacts field for the rest of the agents except Admin and the agent who uploaded. Below is my image which have to be removed from the Properties. And the next image is my Role as "Real Estate Agent (New)" and their permissions.

You could do that by field condition in the field itself (not roles). You can set in the field in the below conditions exactly, that only Admin and assigned user may see the field.
