"Unavailability" of product variant.

Hello, now in new product functionality there are variants. We facing the issue that there are no option to make some product variant "unavailable" for a while.
Usecase: We has a lot of product variants available, but one product variant is not available for a moment. In a few days or a week we'll have option to sell it back, but for a while we need deactivate this product variant purchase option. Now we can set "availability" for a whole product, but not for it's variants.

There is a list of fields that is synced between Variants and Template. In the next version I'll add the ability to customize it in Entity Manager > Product > Edit. It will be possible to disable sync for the 'Status' field.
