we have purchased and installed the VOIP add-on. The VOIP server was launched on Asterisk. The softphone application is 3CX. Incoming calls work great, without any problems. There is a problem with the outgoing connection "click2connect". After clicking on the telephone number in EspoCRM, the softphone application is activated, but the number dialed is the user's extension number in this case. When analyzing the logs, the external number is not sent to the server, only the internal number assigned to the user is visible in the logs. The external number cannot be found in the logs. I would be grateful for information on how to configure this environment so that when you click on Contact and phone number on EspoCRM entity, Asterisk dials the external number correctly.
