I do freelance work and I like Espo for being able to sort projects and keep things linked. One downside is I have to move emails from a desktop app for corporate Office accounts from the account to an imap email to have Espo pick them up and then act on them.
Does the outlook integration support creating an email client instance with the Office 365 account versus the documentation seeming to be about implementing an App ID for everyone connecting to that office365 tenant to utilize via Azure.
This would be like getting a random Android or iPhone app to connect to get your emails versus setting this up as a company-wide CRM? This is the client-side behavior where it opens the browser window, verify credentials, can access emails/cal/etc.
