Is it possible that basic auth doesn't work for the admin user? I get an Unauthorized message while all the details are correct.

verify by using another browser

you have to go into cPanel and install extensions mentioned on your screen PHP-zip and PHP-iconv.

I was using the java client. I'm now using the php client and now it is working.
