Duplicate check on update or create leads (Phone -Email)

I am new in espocrm and also I am not developer

Can any one please help me step by step how to make CRM when creating or updating lead or contact or account make a duplicate check and reject the update or the addition in case of duplication

and the duplication critera is
Phone number
Email address
