Open custom php file

Hello everyone. Tell me friends. I need the created file to my_new_file.php it opened in a new window with the code I needed. When trying to open a file in the browser https://xxxxxxxx/my_new_file.php I get error 500. How to solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

This directory is not accessible by the web server. You need to create in the public directory.

If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Debug the error. Check web server log.
