I need help for create button in dashlet.I need to create a buttton in tasks tab in a dashlet.How to do that?

You mean additional button in this view? Or in dropdown?
If 1 - it'll require additional coding, probably you'll not receive free help here, because it's not that easy
If 2 - it would be doable based on how it was done for other entities
