Chat dashlet

Hello 2 all!

Is it possible to add in dashlet "stream" the ability to create posts as it is implemented at the contacts view (see screenshot)? or how to create some new "chat" dashlet for comunicate CRM users like in screenshot. Thx!!!

We will add ability to post messages to users in the future.
