Howto add "add item" link to nav bar ?

Please, how to add item "Add Entity1" with link /#Enitity1/create to navbar (screenshot in attach)?

and successfully add renamed "Custom Menu" item to navbar. But it has link "/#CustomMenu" , and im not sure in different browsers behaviour when I redirect it in " Dep.extend({ actionIndex:"

there is no such option for now to create "Add link" which would redirect user directly to form which would allow for creation of record. It's doable, but it require additional coding.
