import json (contacts)

Hey guys,
first, thanks for your fast crm. It's beautiful.
I would like import regular (daily) a json file with contact- and order-data.

I look at your extension tutorial, but my plan it's not really a "module", it's more a interface for import contact.
Should yet i use the application/Espo/Modules/xyz-directory or is costum/Espo/Custom directory better?

1. create something like the existing Import feature (Administration > Import).
