Send email to list of Accounts based on State and lead info.

Hi,

We have all the sales pack and advanced pack plugins and hoping to get some help on what is the best way to do the following even if it requires some custom coding etc.

So we have a list of leads and based on the leads our agent will select the states that this lead is related to, based on the states selected we would like to send a custom email to all Accounts that have a matching state, in the email, it needs to have some fields related to the lead.

My question is there a way to do this based on a custom Formula Script in a workflow? Is an example of this available?

If not what would be the best way to do this as a custom script?

Any other suggestions are welcome.

You can use formula, but you can simply use flowchart to set conditions.
