/data/backup : how safe is it to delete

Files overridden by extensions (if an extension changes core files) are backed up there. Also backup files being made during upgrade stored there.

If your installed extensions don't override any core file you can clean the folder up.

no sure but in this folder, there are "installed extension" .."installed espoCrm version upgrade".
why delete ? for won 3mb ?
