Removing the option to convert lead into opportunity

Hi, is it possible to make it so the only option is to convert lead into account/contact (we are using the system in b2c mode) and we only convert leads into clients. The perfect option would be to press convert and skip the part were you have to choose the entities were the new records will be created - https://gyazo.com/a768ff7ab1d57328b9e983d5b9273e66. But if that is not possible maybe there is a way to remove the opportunity option without modifying the code or with custom modifications, that wouldn't be overwritten during an update?
