How can I convert a lead to a custom entity i've made?

I've made a custom entity called exhibitor, and i want to be able to convert a lead to an exhibitor, the same way you can convert a lead to a contact or opportunity how would i go about this?

It's not very easy.

1, Define custom detail view for Lead.
2. Add new Convert button in this view.
3. Create new convert logic.
