How can i modify an middle table field from a custom panel

Hello,

I created a custom panel from a entity called 'Pilots' where i display his name etc...
I got a other entity called 'fligthBase', i created a relation between both, so i have a middle table 'flightBase-Pilots'.

I added some fields of my middle table on my custom panel, but the question is :

How can i modify them directly from my custom panel ?

Play with middle table is very hard.. and in the past i have asked many time to Yuri but no luck (chance).

for me, you must find another solution, (i say with my little skill)..
