Administration & On the Portals Management the other layout is not displaying

I created a Portals then i create the dashboard record list then i add entity type and layout my problem here is not displaying the table. Only displaying the data I input in the entity magemanet but the header of table is not displaying.. i want to show the License Name, License Number, Status, Start Date, End Date, Download on the created portals
