Copy "document" and "documentfolder"

I have the following problem. I have different documents and I also need different fields in the list view or in the detail view. My idea would be to create a new entity with categorytree "documentfolder2" and another entity with the name "document2". How can I link them together so that they work together like the documents on board?

Hi,
Unfortunately, you can't achieve it through the user interface, so the only option you have is to copy the Documents entity manually by copying original entity files.
I have moved this topic to the Developer Help branch. Hope someone will be able to provide you qualified help.

Hello McBrumm, you have to open files of EspoCRM, go to application/Espo/Modules and find all files related to those two entities. Copy them to the custom folder, adjust paths and names of entities. It's possible, just have to spend some time.
